About the Company

We are a newly organized blank check company formed for the purpose of effecting a merger, amalgamation, share exchange, asset acquisition, share purchase, reorganization or similar business combination with one or more businesses or entities, which we refer to throughout this prospectus as our initial business combination. While we may pursue an initial business combination target in any stage of its corporate evolution or in any industry or sector, we intend to focus our search on companies within the telecommunications, media and technology (“TMT”) sectors, including digital infrastructure and satellite services. Our management team and board of directors have had success sourcing, acquiring, expanding and monetizing these types of companies. We believe this experience makes us well suited to identify, negotiate and successfully execute an initial business combination with the ultimate goal of generating attractive returns for our shareholders. We intend to seek candidates with an enterprise value of approximately $1 billion to $3 billion. We intend to focus on companies that are advanced in their business planning and execution towards products and services of the future. We intend to focus on high-growth potential targets that leverage existing stable businesses to unlock significant future value.
