China AOJE files for a $30 million US IPO

IPO Overview

AOJE, which designs, manufactures, and sells furniture and copper industrial components in China, filed on Tuesday with the SEC to raise up to $30 million in an initial public offering.

AOJE operates primarily in China through its subsidiaries, focusing on the design, development, production, and sale of antibacterial cabinets, wrought iron furniture, commutators, and copper bars. The company’s production facility in China covers over 45,000 square meters. AOJE processed approximately 41,000 orders through various e-commerce platforms since April 2023, serving a customer base across North America, Asia, Europe, Africa, and Australia.

The Suzhou, China-based company was founded in 2019 and booked $13 million in revenue for the 12 months ended May 31, 2025. It plans to list on the Nasdaq under the symbol AOJE. AOJE filed confidentially on January 10, 2025. Revere Securities is the sole bookrunner on the deal. No pricing terms were disclosed.

About the Company

AOJE Cayman was incorporated in the Cayman Islands on March 22, 2024. We conduct substantially all of our operations in China through our Operating Subsidiaries in China. The main business of our Operating Subsidiaries is to design, develop, produce, and sell antibacterial cabinets, wrought iron furniture, commutators, copper bars, and other related products in China. Our antibacterial cabinets and wrought iron furniture are marketed mainly under the brand “AOJEZOR.” The commutators, copper bars, and other related products are sold on a business to business basis without specific branding. Our production facility in China spans over 45,000 square meters and utilizes modern equipment alongside advanced production techniques. This designation is granted to residential companies that engage in continuous research and development (“R&D”) efforts and drive technological advancements, resulting in the formation of core independent intellectual property rights. Our approach to R&D is fundamental to our business strategy, emphasizing the acquisition of national invention patents, utility model patents, and multiple industry certifications.
